The first next-gen FIFA footage has finally arrived; we were getting worried whether it was going to make it out of the player’s tunnel for launch after being absent until just two weeks before the upcoming Playstation 4 launch.
Calm yourself though, for the footage is finally here for FIFA 14, and it certainly looks the real deal for what is sure to be a multi-million signing when it comes to the next-gen console launches…

below is captured from PS4 and Xbox One gameplay and is promising a raft or improvements using the new next-gen engine, including in-air play, precision movements, elite techniques and pro instincts.
Sounds like marketing mumbo-jumbo to us but it certainly looks the business, the crowds in particular give the game another visual dimension; for too many years we’ve grown accustomed to cardboard cutouts or hideously uniform polygonal models. If you’re more Cantonot than Cantona then these alterations will undoubtedly mean little to you, but for the upcoming launch it’s looking like this will be the go-to sports game.
It most definitely looks like the closest you can get to owning a mansion in Essex and having your own fleet of sports cars; or is that tantamount to slavery? Who knows...
